Topshop lace top / H&M top / NA-KD trousers / Zara bag / Windsor Smith mules

I’ve never really associated my style to be feminine but as the title of this post suggests, I’ve been incorporating the one thing that exemplifies sartorial femininity and that is lace — the ever-delicate and ever-subtle lace. But contrary to the idea of ball gowns and wedding dresses, or flouncy countryside silhouettes, lace can be bold. It can be a statement. And is definitely a lot edgier than most people give it credit for. Think: Dolce and Gabbana. The slight risqué factor veiled in a soft, elegant charm is something to truly obsess over.
