Pink Manila top / H&M skirt / Zara boots / Sunnies Studios sunglasses
Spent a speedy weekday trip driving up to Tagaytay, wrapped up and throwing back to seventies bell sleeves whilst anticipating a thunderstorm — which turned out to be an inaccurate forecast (shoutout to Manilenos who probably did experience it though, sorry) and took in the form of emails instead. Rewind to the blasting of notification alarms after struggling to look for wifi or a bar signal to say the least.
Someone should create an app that shuts off online distractions and work while on vacation.
Okay, fine. I’m way too attached to social media.
As I’m currently running on my last day of the break, there’s a 50% chance I’m trying to make today as meaningful as possible (I queued this post) and a 100% chance I’ve already hit post-break depression. Major symptoms include complete denial.
Thankfully, while completely ignoring the fact I caught the cold, I spent the past week with a whirlwind of back-to-back projects, dinner parties, a 24-hour getaway and an experience of the (faux) freckled face life — the kind of hectic and past-60-second-snapstory I’d trade in any day with the toxic semester I’m about to face.
Junior year, here we go.

Hi, Bea! Super love this look! 🙂 Good luck on your third year! 🙂
Btw, can I ask you a question? When you were called back for an interview as a Candymag.com correspondent, does that mean you’re already chosen or will they still cut some people off? 🙂 Thanks!
Thank you! 🙂 From what I recall, they’ll still cut people off. Goodluck! 🙂
